All sales are final. It's not possible to return the product since it's digital. You'll have it forever.

Order

When you have completed the order, the order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find information about product(s) and price.

Prices

All prices are stated in EURO and include 25% VAT.

You may only use these products for personal or professional use. This license extends to the single, individual purchaser. This license does not extend to partnerships or companies and may not be loaned, resold and/or gifted to another party and/or individual.You do not gain ownership, nor can you claim any of the products as your own.

You may not redistribute/sell, share, loan or copy any of these files in any way. All presets/products by eliasandkajsa.com / Promo Media AS are copyright protected.

Products by eliasandkajsa.com / Promo Media AS should, under no circumstance, be uploaded to any websites or blogs. Posting a link for others to download our products is a felony. You may only post links to the product pages, but never the individual download links to the zip files.

Lost files & back up

It's expected that the purchaser will do a back up of the downloaded files. We are not responsible for lost files but we can be willing to re-issue the product once a valid purchase receipt has been provided.
